Great Republic Lofts is a great building snd my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed liviing here. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner and apartments have a beautiful vintage feel to them eith food flooring and brick walls. Buikding us relativrly quiet for downtown as there are only 6 lofts on each floor. The apartment manager Paul is friendly and very accomdating. Highly reccomend living here if you want to live in downtown.

Great Republic Lofts starts with the proper word: GREAT. It's a very comfortable, well maintained and stylish place to live - right in the middle of DTLA. The building is friendly and quiet - a good place to come home to.

I couldnt be happier with my choice if choosing Maxfield as my home. Moving back to LA from Miami, i needed to be in DTLA and after several places I looked at, Maxfield was the place i needed to call home. The process was easy, the units not me tion atunning, and well kept! The team that helped mw out were froenly, professional, efficient, and kind. Kennedy, my leasing agent was the best! She made wonders for me to mive in sooner than expected! Love the building and te decor! Looking foward to this new chapter with Maxfield. Thank you!
