I have been here for some years and the apartment continues to check the boxes of being fairly priced, central to where I need to be for work, and it has parking near Koreatown.
LA T. on Nov 29, 2020The first place I looked at moving to LA and it had been great. A great little complex with a lot of long term tenants. The location is a nice balance between downtown and the west side. The only problem is true LA gripe wishing there was more parking.

We just moved in last week, the apartment is great and modern! We are loving the lock system and the pool. The apartment is cute and all clean! Everything is great!
Antony M. on Jun 11, 2019The move in process was very smooth for us. The residents here are very nice and it’s very quiet. The entire apartment complex is well kept and clean. The building seems safe and secure. We love the area, so many places to eat and at a walking distance to Target ( my favorite place) and other stores. Parking is assigned but there’s plenty of parking outside for your visitors. Tyler, the leasing agent, is great she helped us picked the perfect floor plan for our needs. Loving the pool and common area. We’re Looking forward to Summer 2019!!!!
