Great location
Great price for this kind of apartments. The location is perfect, 2 minutes from amazon fresh and bakery, 5 minutes from Topanga mall. The building is old but well maintained and the apartment (the one where i am) is renovated and good. Parking spots are relly small. Overall is a good place to stay.

More security staff at night please and ask residents not to use the washer and dryer after 10pm
