Long Term Tenant

I have been an upstanding tenant here at this location since its original opening in 2008. For such tenure, I would have expected a bit more consideration in regard to rent increases and/or concessions. This facility (use to) offer a 1 moth free concession for lease renewals for long term tenants in good standing. That disappeared. Rent increases would be not more than $75 but was consistent in the range of $50-75. Not it becomes unreasonably excessive. It appears that desire to keep good standing tenants is no longer the goal/desire, and just revenue generation.

Overall the community is good. The amenities are good. The grounds could be better kept as there is always rubbish or dog poop all over the grounds. I gave it 4 stars.
