The only true downside to living here is the incessant children running up and down the corridors and the kids screaming out at the pool all the time. Also, there is a woman who insists on smoking directly in front of the No Smoking sign.

Debra T. on Oct 1, 2019I have only been living here for 7 months and I love it here. The grounds are kept very clean and it is very peaceful. The maintenance staff are the best guys ever. The office staff are very helpful and friendly. I only have one complaint and that is my parking spot. My van is too big to park in my spot when all cars are parked in their spots. I have requested to trade spots with the spot next to me. That would be spot 37 and I am in spot 38. So far no one parks in 37 so I have not had a problem lately. But everything else is perfect here at Bixby Knolls Apartments!

Plants next door block the view when exiting the driveway off Cahuenga blvd. Possible to put a mirror or ask building to trim plants so residents can view upcoming traffic? Can you put up the trash schedule on the trash shoot door on 3rd floor? Don't want to drop trash when the bin is outside.

Anonymous on Jan 4, 2022amazing location you can't beat it. Lots of things break in the house office is here often fixing out appliances but they are quick about it. The washers are horrible they barley wash or dry clothes for the amount we pay in rent I would expect better washing machines. The package system is a problem packages are often left out and sometimes stolen. The staff is very nice and quick about fixing appliances in the apartment. Property manager, Oscar, is very nice

It seems to have everything I would need, a perfect location. I love that it has close transportation, it’s easy location for all my family to get too me for a visit. I’m looking forward to moving back to California, oh how I’ve missed living there. I’ll get to watch ch my great grandson grow up. There are a lot of great things to do in the area. Looking forward to the coming mmunity, before I left California I left ved in Koreatown for 15 years. I left for medical reasons, my aunt was terminally ill and I went to help take care of her. With great sorrow she lost her battle and I’ve enjoyed getting close to my family again, but now I’m ready to come back to my home California!

Carlos is so helpful with everything myself or anyone else in my apartment needs. He is always polite and does a really good job. 433 would not be the same without him.

Property reviewsAnonymous on Mar 31, 2022I love the location - right near Melrose and Fairfax, walking distance to the Grove and Beverly Center. Management is very responsive, and Maintenance is too. This is a new building. I love the finishes and the new appliances. This is a desirable area so rents are priced accordingly. The area is busy but the apartments are pretty well insulated from noise. The I only thing I wish is that there was some kind of gym or exercise equipment. There is a secure parking garage, which is awesome. The roof deck has excellent views!!

C on Sep 27, 2022Need one parking spot for every bedroom. Who doesn’t own a car in LA? Also people WILL steal things off your balcony. Laundry in unit is a huge plus. Gym is small but great to have for the necessities. Convenient location to the 405 and 10. Not too far from the beach. Maintenance has been good, they replaced our whole microwave when the handle broke. Very clean. Pretty quiet.
