This is a great building. The property management truly cares for their residents and is very on top of work order. The value for what you get is pretty incredible. I love my layout and having a washing machine/dryer in unit is such a luxury. Water pressure is great, bathroom is beautiful and units are very spacious. The walls are pretty thin and there is a lot of reverberation/noise that comes from the pool/people on other balconies, but still a great spot and I'm sure that varies from unit to unit.

I've lived at Regency Sherman Oaks for 3 years and i love it. The apartment is great, it's quiet and puppy friendly. But the best thing about living here is the office staff and maintenance. They are available. They return calls, emails and post important news way ahead of time, so tenants can prepare. They are pleasant and professional. Love it!!!!!

I've lived all over LA and this complex is by far my favorite. Great location; quiet, walkable neighborhood with friendly neighbors and comparatively low noise. Staff is friendly and maintenance requests are taken care of with little complication. Just wish the hot tub would get fixed!
