Rancho Los Feliz on Los Feliz Blvd in Atwater is one-0f-a-kind. There are over 5 acres of trees, hedges, bushes, flowers and trees. The property is dotted with buildings that are no more than three stories high. There is a stream that runs through the property, a waterfall and a bridge. The pool area is breathtakingly beautiful. In the main lobby there is a working fireplace. In addition, there is a gym that is walled floor to ceiling with glass so you can look out at the gorgeous scenery as you work out. There is also a sauna. The staff is friendly and efficient. The maintenance is A #1.

Great Apartment
Living here is nice. The trees and environment make the whole complex a very relaxing setting. Maintenence and management are helpful and quick to solve anything. My favorite apartment in LA!

Love Rancho Los Feliz Garden Apts! Feels like a resort
I’ve lived at RLF Garden Apts for 3+ years now. It feels so serene, almost like youre in Palm Springs instead of Los Angeles. The location is great and Ive always Felt so safe here. Also, the maintenance is top-tier, anytime I’ve had any sort of problem whether it was minor or urgent, the maintenance team was always so responsive and communicative. The gym and pool is great too. Oh! and theres also free coffee :)

I have been living here for over 2 years, my experience here has been amazing, when I come home from work I can relax and enjoy the beautiful calm evening. I am very thankful :) \\\\\\\\\\\
