Can be improved

Parking was disrupted and construction has been happening for over a year which has been inconvenient. Request sometimes take a long time to be completed and no response when asking for maintenance or assistance. Rent keeps increasing even though value decreasing.

New parking (unlikely), waiting on construction to finish up

I honestly love living here. This place is perfection (the neighborhood, amenities, and local stores), and so are the staff that run the place (shoutout Angie, the best). The construction in the parking garage has been going on for several months and hopefully will end soon. I want to extend my lease because I love living here so much, but am afraid of losing my parking spot, as things will no doubt switch around once the new studio apartments are finished. The construction noise can be distracting, but again, its all temporary.

Amenities could be improved, management is great. Units a slightly over priced though

Subpar

The management is pretty lousy. Maintenance communicates poorly regarding when they will visit. Security cameras don't work. The whole situation with building units in the garage has also been dealt with so poorly.

We are so happy here in this beautiful apartment in a prime Los Angeles location. We love the rooftop deck overlooking hollywood hills and downtown LA and the living experience here at Gramercy Place..
