It works

I feel like things should be communicated. We’ve had our parking garage door broken for over a month and a half, and the fact that there’s not even a talk about our rent being decreased because of that when that’s one of the only amenities that we pay for this building is astounding. Maintenance is slow and takes multiple times to come out in order to fix complex issues. They’re very reluctant to replace actual items Even when they need to be replaced. I love the price, I love the neighborhood, I love my actual unit. And the people in the building are nice. I just wish that management could do a little bit more.

These are not college dorms

This apartment complex causes habitual noise problems in the neighborhood where residents from multiple buildings on the block have to go over and tell grown adults to stop yelling and screaming at 2 am and later. There are a couple of units that are consistent problems. I feel bad for their neighbors in the building who are surrounded by adults who acts like they are living in college dormatories.

Thank you

Tenants leave building doors open and homelesses come into the building and leave a lot of trash in the stairways, and is not safe. And there is no secirity team in the building and monitoring parking anymore

My favorite home in LA

I live in my apartment for almost 3 years. I love this apartment. It's a prime location and very close to WeHo, Beverly Hills and Downtown. On the weekend sometimes gets a little noisy outside. The apartments are spacious and modern. I wish there was a gym and pool here, but otherwise it's great.
