Good property but no amenities

No amenities PH is not actually a pent house The rent will rise $200 a year no matter what You could possibly have 5+ leaks that create black mold and weeks to fix But, the view and location are amazing!! The landlord is also nice and responsive so that helps a lot!! Pretty good appliances too

Great Place to Call Home!

I moved in with 2 roommates about a month ago and so far its been great. We love the location, so close to many restaurants and bars. And the garage parking is a lifesaver!

Nice place but many Messy Airbnb Renters & Property Issues

Many folks taking parking spaces, throwing up and peeing in & around elevators, drunken young adults, and broken gates, elevators, electric outlets, & faucets
