I’ve lived at RLF Garden Apts for 3+ years now. It feels so serene, almost like youre in Palm Springs instead of Los Angeles. The location is great and Ive always Felt so safe here. Also, the maintenance is top-tier, anytime I’ve had any sort of problem whether it was minor or urgent, the maintenance team was always so responsive and communicative. The gym and pool is great too. Oh! and theres also free coffee :)

Pros: The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. The package/mail system is great. Having a pool and gym are nice to have. Cons: The old carpet in the hallways has definitely triggered my asthma. The washers and dryers are inconveniently located and constantly breaking.

Great sound insulation, which is rare for most L.A Apartments. Amenities are nice and the location is wonderful, especially if you study at CSUN!
Had the best tour experience with Elizabeth. She answered all my concerns and made the whole process stress free. 5 star service all the way!

Im very comfortable in the apartment itself but the parking and trash is a nightmare. All the cans sit right outside the apartment and constantly overflowing with trash and other peoples dumping.

The utilities are nearly $300 A MONTH. This is an apartment, not a condo; we shouldn't be paying HOA fees. Management doesn't answer emails or phone calls nor works on-site.

Park Apartments
15929 Gard Ave, Norwalk, CA 906501 BED $2,378+ 2 BEDS Ask for Pricing 3 BEDS $3,245 Property reviewsIt has been a blessing living here at the Park apartments with my wife. I love Mrs. Wendy. She’s always there when we need her. We have been here almost 7 years now and we love our neighbors and the maintenance here as well.
My wife and I love this place. Pool is beautiful, leasing office staff is knowledgeable and transparent. Maintenance is always friendly and knows how to fix or replace everything in a timely and efficient manner. The College can get a little noisy from the games, but other than that, great place to make home. Sprouts just opened up next door too.

When my wife and I first dated, we chose the Valley Plaza Apartments community as our first place to live together. We stayed here for two years before ultimately purchasing a property in Tracy. After two years, we sold our property and moved back to this community because of how much we loved not only the scenic area that this complex provides but also our love for the city of Pleasanton. The entire staff is pleasant. Everything is well-run and decisions seem to be for the benefit of the community. An example of this is the move to centralize all mailboxes to one location *chef's kiss*. To those working at Valley Plaza, thank you all for your great work in keeping our community safe and active.
Comfortable and relaxing.
