TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY

I wish I were not writing this review right now, but the management company that owns these apartments needs to be held accountable. For 'luxury' apartments where you are spending $2k+ per month for a one-bedroom apartment, you would expect there to be honor in providing high-quality appliances. From the day I moved in (January 2025), I have had consistent issues with the refrigerator and the washer/dryer combo unit. I am currently on my THIRD refrigerator, as they kept swapping out other used units after the one I got when I moved in broke. For my washer/dryer combo unit, they have yet to replace it, and it has been 4 months (this is my second used unit they provided me with). The property manager told me multiple times that I would receive a brand-new unit, as I had been dealing with broken units the entire time I have been renting here. I was just informed today that I am getting another used unit. I have tried to be so patient with them and have maintained respect and composure, only to be incredibly disrespected and disregarded as a tenant. I CANNOT RECOMMEND ANYONE LIVE HERE DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE AND DISHONEST PRACTICES OF THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY RUNNING THIS APARTMENT.

Great sound insulation, which is rare for most L.A Apartments. Amenities are nice and the location is wonderful, especially if you study at CSUN!

Little Home in the Valley

Quiet and cozy dwelling. Neighborhood and neighbors are nice, quiet and respectful. Family friendly & safe environment. Near collage/university but no loud parties around. Food options are easily accessible.
