Beautiful apartments, terrific staff, great location made for an easy transition (5 months) to our new home. Want to catch a movie? 3 minute walk, Want to to take the dog for a walk? 1 mile round trip. Fast food, no problem! Nice dining? Take your pick! Did I mention Whole Foods?? We hadn’t lived in an apartment in decades, The Vineyards at Porter Ranch was a wonderful experience.

This property is for the person that has a little more money in their budget to get a bigger and better place. In Los Angeles there are levels to luxury and this is where it starts a great starter luxury apartment complex. I've been at this place for over a year and I plan on renewing my lease. Dronfield Apartments has been a wonderful complex for my husband and I this past year. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops in walking or driving distance! The complex is always clean and well taken care of with easy on site laundry, parking and a pool. We love our apartment and everything that comes with it!

I love the location - right near Melrose and Fairfax, walking distance to the Grove and Beverly Center. Management is very responsive, and Maintenance is too. This is a new building. I love the finishes and the new appliances. This is a desirable area so rents are priced accordingly. The area is busy but the apartments are pretty well insulated from noise. The I only thing I wish is that there was some kind of gym or exercise equipment. There is a secure parking garage, which is awesome. The roof deck has excellent views!!

C on Sep 27, 2022Need one parking spot for every bedroom. Who doesn’t own a car in LA? Also people WILL steal things off your balcony. Laundry in unit is a huge plus. Gym is small but great to have for the necessities. Convenient location to the 405 and 10. Not too far from the beach. Maintenance has been good, they replaced our whole microwave when the handle broke. Very clean. Pretty quiet.

Pretty good location in West LA. Area gets too busy on rush hours but overall, it’s okay. Some staff are inconsiderate and difficult to contact. Maintenance respond in timely manner for the most part. Cleaners are on time as well. I just hope that the management was a little bit more considerate with the rent.
