It has been good in terms of size and maintenance but the noise and location is not ideal.

With rents constantly rising to the maximum allowed increases, and barely there workers/maintenence support this building is pricing out of its value.

Our apartment was built in late 2018 and we have been here since then. The units are nice and neighborhood is as well but the floor plan is very compact and it leaves little room for extra space for a family to use. It's more ideal for roommates and students who won't need a lot of extra space for items. Most of the amenities are nice but two things stand out as poor. The paint used is terrible,and leaves marks from nearly anything touching it. Also the faucets are too small for the sinks so when you are watching your hands the water splashes all over the bathroom counters. Also the smoke alarms in our building are very sensitive and go off when someone happens to smoke in the corridor or sets it off while cooking. The little attention to detail would go a long way in future buildings to make them more accommodating. Management is quick with repairs and we have had no issues with getting minor things done. Looking forward to staying and making the best of our residency here.
