The people in the building are fantastic, parking is secure as well. Overall, quiet for being on Santa Monica Boulevard. However, the front door is constantly broken causing issues for mail.

I don’t think this property is great. My packages are constantly stolen. It is loud. The management is bad.

I have been living here almost a year. The building is very quiet, everyone here is polite and respectful, no parties or noice until 3am, never happened. if you are looking for a clean quiet, modern and safe place, don't look any further. Valentina the Manager is very nice and always available.

Lived here over a year. They are good at giving notices if any changes occur. The building fire alarm acts up sometimes and the elevator breaks more than I think is normal. I wish maintenance was faster, however the building is very new with nice finishes so there is not too much maintenance to be done.

Overall great spot. The balcony is one of the best in west LA. Rooftop is bliss. Windows are big. Lots of natural light. Doors do an okay job of blocking out the busy noise of Santa Monica Blvd. Cons- Val lied to us about our parking spot. Gave us compact spots that we do not fit in and we have sedans. She will not effectively communicate with us for a solution.
