good location, close to bus stop; noise can be an issue: traffic from the streets can be loud, and residents can be heard next door; only 2 parking space for 3-person 3b3b apartment does not make much sense, should be more flexible

Not bad. I wish the cost was lower. The walls are not veey soundproof and the gym nearby can be easily heard when people drop their lifts. It gets very annoying very quickly especially during the mornings.

Lived here for a couple of months, overall like the building. Wish there was guest parking and they did a power washing of the garage and hallways. Overall very nice though, some sound proofing issues but all and all I really like this place

Pro: location, staff, size, updates apartments, beautiful architecture. Cons: expensive deposit and rent, no gym or community area. The kitchen floor tiles is impossible to clean.

Location - very good. Noise - not bad, but isolation is not very good (unless you are on the PH floor, you might be unlucky). Maintenance is very good - typically a service guy comes next day at no cost. Assigned space in the garage. Overall, I am satisfied
