Overall haven't had any issues and have had a neutral experience with management. The building manager isn't as responsive as I'd hope but I enjoy living here. Pros are parking (street parking is also easy), amenities, and location. Cons are the gym isn't as up to date although I think it may still be under construction.

In a good area but the apartment and maintenance issues have devalued the rooms and apartment. Rent is too much for the Brockton manor location, even with 3 roommates.

While the location of the apartment is great, the parking is extremely difficult. There seems to be plenty of parking available in the lot and when I asked to pay extra to park in the lot I was told there is no available parking. On top of that, for a nice expensive apartment that this is advertised to be, the walls are EXTREMELY thin.

Application fee of $50, Trash: Studio/One-Bedroom $30, Two-Bedroom $40.00, $Three-Bedroom $50, Four-Bedroom $60, Five-Bedroom $70. SCEP Fee of $2.83 and RSO Fees according to city regulation and if applicable. Security Deposit equal to one-month of rent.
