I have generally had a very great experience so far - I moved in at the beginning of the month and besides an outdated microwave and a noisy upstairs, (we suspect children) the amenities are great, the build is incredible and the lobby is very nice. The repairs are fast and efficient. The landlord is communicative, which is all you can ask for in a landlord. I like the package security feature and love the fact that there are shopping carts in the building to bring things back and forth from the garage to our apartment.

The location is amazing, however, the homelessness issue and the noise from the upstairs neighbor is abominable. Especially the upstairs neighbors....Armacost staff won't do anything to resolve and it's beyond frustrating.
