What others love about this property:
Wiseman Armacost
I have generally had a very great experience so far - I moved in at the beginning of the month and besides an outdated microwave and a noisy upstairs, (we suspect children) the amenities are great, the build is incredible and the lobby is very nice. The repairs are fast and efficient. The landlord is communicative, which is all you can ask for in a landlord. I like the package security feature and love the fact that there are shopping carts in the building to bring things back and forth from the garage to our apartment.
Armacost Manor
The location is amazing, however, the homelessness issue and the noise from the upstairs neighbor is abominable. Especially the upstairs neighbors....Armacost staff won't do anything to resolve and it's beyond frustrating.
Armacost Manor
We love our location. The manager, staff, and maintenance team, in general, are all very good and appreciated. Security and homelessness is starting to be an issue, but we have noted new cameras in the garage and lobby which will be extremely helpful especially if we aren't charged for security reviews. The only persistent problem is the heavy-footed walking noise from upstairs that is constant throughout all hours of the day and night.
We are a pet-friendly community; your cats and dogs are welcome. We have a weight limit of 35 lbs, no Pit-Bull, Rottweiler, or mix-breeds of the above.
Please check with the resident manager regarding the monthly pet deposit and monthly rent.
