Needs improvement

I've lived here for a year, and aside from its location, there arent too many redeeming qualities. The apartment was NOT cleaned prior to move in, as it was stated that it would be on our lease agreement. The air vents need serious cleaning as my dust mite allergies are causing me to sneeze, and tear up. My bathroom shower neck is hanging from the cement wall with gaps, and is loose and fragile. We've had several maintenance requests that were submitted at the time of move-in, and was never successfully completed.

I love this property!

I have lived here for a month and it's been delightful. The staff that helped me throughout the rental process were great. Everything here is very convenient - from parking, to mail, to bike storage, to garbage and recycling. I am still getting settled in my space, but this property being so wonderful has made the transition and move so easy for me.
