Great place. I think it;s a wonderful place to live

Let me start by saying I really enjoy our apartment. The view is awesome, the space itself is great, however it is very obvious that this building is poorly managed. I work in residential real estate and know first hand how an efficiently managed building runs. When we moved in we were told that our unit would be professionally cleaned prior to our move in date, however this was not done. We spent days deeply cleaning the unit - The air vents were caked in grease, the kitchen was disgusting and the floors were filthy. Our unit is cheaply put together and you can tell that corners have been cut in past maintenance and repairs. The pieces of vinyl flooring don't stay together and when we reported this to management we were told to just kick them back in place - I'm not kidding. That trend runs true throughout the common areas of the building including the neglected landscaping, broken irrigation, leaking pipes in the garage and worn finishes. Any time we have submitted a maintenance request it has taken consistent follow up with maintenance and property management to get anything done - It shouldn't be hard to get common maintenance requests resolved. We can see that the building is being updated given the painting beginning in the courtyard, which is exciting. We hope that management continues to pay close attention to the routine maintenance of the building, which will only benefit all parties involved. Thank you!

This building has many issues. It is not properly maintained so there are stains and signs of mold everywhere. Also, there are constant issues with appliances, elevators, leaking pipes, etc., and maintenance is never able to completely fix the issues.

if you value your money high turn over RATE DUE TO LOW

It has been amazing but I do wish we had 3 parking spaces
