My car has been broken into many times inside the garage, all my things have been ruined by a random flooding in the wall, our parking decreases from 3 spots to 2 which is the entire reason I moved to the building.

Building could be cleaned more often. They take a while to address maintenance issues. If they were to follow up on concerns that would give this place top ratings.

It’s a great property with big spaces inside the apartments and very good location

Great overall but lots of security and safety concerns (lobby doors always open, side gates broken or lropped open, package locker broken into, mail stolen freauently, random non-residents on roof and garage, etc)
