Mediterranean Village West Hollywood
840 Larrabee St, West Hollywood, CA 90069STUDIO $2,228+ 1 BED Ask for Pricing 2 BEDS $3,731+ Property reviewsLocation couldn't be better. Just steps away from every conceivable need: groceries, restaurants, hardware, park, library, pharmacies and entertainment abound! Unfortunately so does noise, both from the street and one's neighbors. And finding parking for friends and family can be nearly impossible. For nonsmokers, the presence of secondhand smoke from neighbors is a real nuisance, as is the dog urine and poop on the surrounding sidewalks. Amenities such as pool and gym are great, but laundry rooms need improvement and it would be nice if free cable Internet and TV were offered. Currently pool gym and community room are closed due to COVID-19, making office staff harder to reach. Maintenance staff are superb -- they do their utmost to keep the old buildings functioning.

Mariners Village
4600 Via Marina, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292STUDIO $2,400 1 BED $3,070+ 2+ BEDS $3,805+ Property reviewsMy boys and I love it here at Mariner's Village!
I have been living here for 5 years and I will never leave. It is in the best location you could wish for, walking to the beach and can watch the boats in the marina from your deck. The amenities are great and the community is really good for kids and to walk your dog. Very friendly and helpful management and staff that treat you like family. We are from another country and we feel very welcome and supported here, we feel this is our home.

I have lived at Bonnie Brae Apartments for 1 year now and I have really enjoyed it. Koreatown is full of culture and there are awesome restaurants walking distance around the building that I love going to. There is a market at the corner even for essentials. I am close to everything here. Most places that I go around 30 minutes away max when I have to travel. The pool is a nice touch and the building has a lot of character. I have grown to love my building and my neighbors. Emily, their onsite manager is great and super helpful. She explains everything very well.
My unit was just remodeled when i moved jn. The building is pretty clean and the maintenance people are awesome and very helpfull. The management team is okay. They are very responsive when you contact by phone or email. I like the location very much because it is very easy to go around to downtown. Parking is very hard to find at night so arrange to have a parking spot jn the building ir pay for parking structures near by to avoid the hassle. So far the bulding is pretty safe. Some of the units have a very nice view of downtown and i really appreciate that. So far no complaints other than parking.

The Mark Culver City
6060 Buckingham Parkway, Culver City, CA 90230STUDIO Ask for Pricing 1 BED $2,795 2+ BEDS $3,595 Property reviewsThe place is great, alot of space for a really great value. No A/C, no In unit washer/dryer, and no living room or bedroom lights is a slight inconvenience. Also, the interior of the peoperty is very bland and a slight eyesore. Could benefit from a planter or bench. Pool and Gym are nice.
Have always loved the area and apartment. Some residents have not always been ideal neighbors but that’s city life. Super clean and calm building to come home to.
