    The only true downside to living here is the incessant children running up and down the corridors and the kids screaming out at the pool all the time. Also, there is a woman who insists on smoking directly in front of the No Smoking sign.

    amazing location you can't beat it. Lots of things break in the house office is here often fixing out appliances but they are quick about it. The washers are horrible they barley wash or dry clothes for the amount we pay in rent I would expect better washing machines. The package system is a problem packages are often left out and sometimes stolen. The staff is very nice and quick about fixing appliances in the apartment. Property manager, Oscar, is very nice

    433 Midvale has nice apartments. The best part about living here is the easy maintenance. It is so easy to submit a work order and Carlos comes to fix the problem. Carlos is so helpful with everything myself or anyone else in my apartment needs. He is always polite and does a really good job. 433 would not be the same without him.

    Plants next door block the view when exiting the driveway off Cahuenga blvd. Possible to put a mirror or ask building to trim plants so residents can view upcoming traffic? Can you put up the trash schedule on the trash shoot door on 3rd floor? Don't want to drop trash when the bin is outside.

    My experience living here has been a pleasure its been a few ups n downs but gotten past that far as the noise level but it's all good I must say zundy is a sweetheart she is so sweet and I SALUTE her for putting up with all of residents she does a wonderful job her at the vernandas and we can't forget the maintenance mam as well he is always on it.

    The move in process was very smooth for us. The residents here are very nice and it’s very quiet. The entire apartment complex is well kept and clean. The building seems safe and secure. We love the area, so many places to eat and at a walking distance to Target ( my favorite place) and other stores. Parking is assigned but there’s plenty of parking outside for your visitors. Tyler, the leasing agent, is great she helped us picked the perfect floor plan for our needs. Loving the pool and common area. We’re Looking forward to Summer 2019!!!!

    Pros: Great central location, no parking permits required, easy garage though slightly tight spaces, very responsive staff - both managerial and engineering, and apartments come with great finishes, and are mostly large units. Cons: No pool, no BBQ area, no public spaces. The package situation is messy compared to similarly priced properties. And, most importantly, it's not rent-controlled - so, it's anybody's guess how the rents will jump next year. Anecdotally, a car was set on fire in front of the building a couple weeks ago. First time I've ever seen that, but don't think it reflects on the property.

    I have lived here for 3 years. Rarely is anything proactively communicated with the tenants; communication is always reactive. And getting responses to maintenance requests or information requests is always a struggle. While we love our unit and the amount of space we get, the building has zero amenities and the absolute minimum is done to maintain it.

    Generally speaking...this is a great place. But the one amenity we had has been gone since the start of COVID and doesn't appear to be returning anytime soon. Biggest complaint...noisy neighbors above and nothing can be done about it. Maintenance is top notch.
