Modern. The apartments look good. It's a little expensive. But on site maintenance, friendly staff, onsite large appliances, and in unit laundry make it worth it.

Great place to live!
amazing location you can't beat it. Lots of things break in the house office is here often fixing out appliances but they are quick about it. The washers are horrible they barley wash or dry clothes for the amount we pay in rent I would expect better washing machines. The package system is a problem packages are often left out and sometimes stolen. The staff is very nice and quick about fixing appliances in the apartment. Property manager, Oscar, is very nice

I moved into Toluca Lake a month ago, and my experience with the staff was amazing. Everyone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They communicated everything with me prior to my move-in. On the move-in date, I missed my flight and was really late. However, the staff was there, waiting for me even after hours, and helped me take my luggage upstairs. They had already put all my delivery boxes in the apartment, ready for me. I encountered several issues in the apartment after moving in, but the leasing staff was very understanding, and the maintenance staff promptly fixed the issues. Additionally, the leasing staff came in person to check in with me to ensure everything was okay. Overall, I have always found Los Angeles to be depressing, but the vibe of this community is very uplifting. The trees planted around the area beautify the community, and the helpful and friendly staff is the icing on the cake.
Hi! When we put in a mainteance request, we are very serious that its an issue that needs to get fixed asap but it always takes quite a long time to get things repaired. Jack is great but he needs some support and help! Thank you!

Mediterranean Village West Hollywood
840 Larrabee St, West Hollywood, CA 90069STUDIO $2,081+ 1 BED $2,830+ 2 BEDS $4,617+ Property reviewsLocation couldn't be better. Just steps away from every conceivable need: groceries, restaurants, hardware, park, library, pharmacies and entertainment abound! Unfortunately so does noise, both from the street and one's neighbors. And finding parking for friends and family can be nearly impossible. For nonsmokers, the presence of secondhand smoke from neighbors is a real nuisance, as is the dog urine and poop on the surrounding sidewalks. Amenities such as pool and gym are great, but laundry rooms need improvement and it would be nice if free cable Internet and TV were offered. Currently pool gym and community room are closed due to COVID-19, making office staff harder to reach. Maintenance staff are superb -- they do their utmost to keep the old buildings functioning.

The Mark Culver City
6060 Buckingham Parkway, Culver City, CA 90230STUDIO Ask for Pricing 1 BED $2,795 2+ BEDS $3,595 Property reviewsThe place is great, alot of space for a really great value. No A/C, no In unit washer/dryer, and no living room or bedroom lights is a slight inconvenience. Also, the interior of the peoperty is very bland and a slight eyesore. Could benefit from a planter or bench. Pool and Gym are nice.
Have always loved the area and apartment. Some residents have not always been ideal neighbors but that’s city life. Super clean and calm building to come home to.
