The staff at this property is great, and the roof top amenity is lovely. The units are very good, with large bathrooms and closets. I would say that the kitchens and bathrooms are a little tired, and should be remodeled given the higher rents.

Overall decent sevice , lack of amenities and community events over the years which are missed.

amazing location you can't beat it. Lots of things break in the house office is here often fixing out appliances but they are quick about it. The washers are horrible they barley wash or dry clothes for the amount we pay in rent I would expect better washing machines. The package system is a problem packages are often left out and sometimes stolen. The staff is very nice and quick about fixing appliances in the apartment. Property manager, Oscar, is very nice

I really like our appartment, our patio which has great view to our amazing pool. It would be great to have storage to keep our odd staff there and as we don’t have laundry facilities in unit, it would be great to have less laundry charges, because it costs 50-60$ for a month I think.

Dogs have been peeing inside of the property! I think we need a bit more signage to clarify that dogs should NOT be walked on the turf grass inside the property.

It seems to have everything I would need, a perfect location. I love that it has close transportation, it’s easy location for all my family to get too me for a visit. I’m looking forward to moving back to California, oh how I’ve missed living there. I’ll get to watch ch my great grandson grow up. There are a lot of great things to do in the area. Looking forward to the coming mmunity, before I left California I left ved in Koreatown for 15 years. I left for medical reasons, my aunt was terminally ill and I went to help take care of her. With great sorrow she lost her battle and I’ve enjoyed getting close to my family again, but now I’m ready to come back to my home California!

I love the location, and the unit has obviously been freshly renovated. It would be nice if there was a fitness studio in the building. Also, the ceilings are VERY THIN and my upstairs neighbors wake me up almost every night.

Renter's guide to Los Angeles, CA

Los Angeles, known for its beautiful beaches, glamorous people, and miles of freeways, is the largest city in California and the second-largest in the U.S., after New York. It was first established by Spaniard Felipe De Neve in 1781. Since that time, L.A. has become a global center for commerce, art, fashion, sports, and entertainment. It is predominantly Hispanic/Latino and Caucasian, with strong Asian and African American communities within.

Los Angeles is just 120 miles north of San Diego, 270.8 miles from Las Vegas, and 61.3 miles west of San Bernardino, making day trips very possible. If you're thinking of a long weekend in beautiful Northern California, San Francisco is approximately 400 miles away. If you go via Interstate 5, it takes about 6-7 hours. But if you'd rather take the scenic route up the coast along CA Hwy 1, it will take 9-10 hours but the beautiful views and Big Sur will make it worth the while.

L.A. weather is usually wonderful with a dry summer and rainy but relatively mild winter. However, temperatures can soar above 90 degrees from June through October.
