If you want to keep your sanity, I don't recommend living here. They cheaped out on construction so much. The water heaters are located far from the certain buildings so you get inconsistent heating. Mornings are guaranteed cold showers. The biggest issue is how thin the walls are. You can hear your neighbor snore right above you (I wish I was kidding). For some reason, they allow disruptive families even after numerous documented and recorded complaints sent to management. These families will be stomping around, moving furniture, throwing balls, at all hours throughout the day. You'll hear it even at 6AM and well after 10PM. They really shouldn't label it "luxury apartments". Pay attention to the Google Reviews. They'll say the same thing. And yes, there's hardly any parking.
