I have lived at Bonnie Brae Apartments for 1 year now and I have really enjoyed it. Koreatown is full of culture and there are awesome restaurants walking distance around the building that I love going to. There is a market at the corner even for essentials. I am close to everything here. Most places that I go around 30 minutes away max when I have to travel. The pool is a nice touch and the building has a lot of character. I have grown to love my building and my neighbors. Emily, their onsite manager is great and super helpful. She explains everything very well.
My unit was just remodeled when i moved jn. The building is pretty clean and the maintenance people are awesome and very helpfull. The management team is okay. They are very responsive when you contact by phone or email. I like the location very much because it is very easy to go around to downtown. Parking is very hard to find at night so arrange to have a parking spot jn the building ir pay for parking structures near by to avoid the hassle. So far the bulding is pretty safe. Some of the units have a very nice view of downtown and i really appreciate that. So far no complaints other than parking.

I have been living in Masseline for 3 years. The location is great and the property is perfect. Close to everywhere!. Very recommended to live here.

Location couldn't be better. Just steps away from every conceivable need: groceries, restaurants, hardware, park, library, pharmacies and entertainment abound! Unfortunately so does noise, both from the street and one's neighbors. And finding parking for friends and family can be nearly impossible. For nonsmokers, the presence of secondhand smoke from neighbors is a real nuisance, as is the dog urine and poop on the surrounding sidewalks. Amenities such as pool and gym are great, but laundry rooms need improvement and it would be nice if free cable Internet and TV were offered. Currently pool gym and community room are closed due to COVID-19, making office staff harder to reach. Maintenance staff are superb -- they do their utmost to keep the old buildings functioning.

Been at Hallasan for 6 months now and the experience has been great so far. We moved into a brand new unit and when there are any maintenance issues, it's resolved within 24 hours. The walls are pretty thick and the windows do a great job blocking out traffic/outside noise. Amenities are also super nice and enjoyable to use!
Found the buulding in early Jan - was moved in within 5 days. Relator staff are extremely tentative and helpful and were able to answer all my questions in great detail and helped aid the process as a none US citizen. Building is extremely quiet, welcoming, clean and just a safe place. Front desk people are lovely and are extremely helpful with guest, deliveries and always go above and beyond - one time they aided me with an umbrella into an uber. Apartment is great, love the locations, it almoat feels like im not in korea town but still have the benifits from living in this area and nowhere feels to far away. Maintences team are really nice and on it and requests get exicuted to a high standard and promtley. The amenities are top notch, i dont know many better roof tops and your biggest concern will be saying no to your friends and find time for youself as people are going to want to come over once theyve visted once. Also really affordable for what it is, definatly worth it. The gym and pool and just avalible spaces make yoir living space feel so much bigger. Highly recommend - great building, great Community!

Location, parking, amenities are all great here; staff / maintenance is pretty good about getting back to you on a timely manner if you need anything. Only con to living here is the walls aren't very soundproof and people have a habit of blasting music loudly; the neighborhood is quite loud too with continuous construction.

We've been living here since 2006 and have just about loved every minute of it. Our current manager, Scott has even made our living here even more pleasurable since he became the manager. Scott is outstanding at keeping the building perfectly clean and the lobby area at holiday times is fantastic as I love taking pictures and I share them on my Facebook page. We have no desire to ever leave.
My wife Barbara nd I have lived here since 2006 and things have only gotten better. We've enjoyed living here and I personally think Scott, the manager, is the BEST !! Scott always makes the building clean and comfortable to live in always. We love living here.

Apartment is not handicap friendly. There should be a trash shoot and parking spots should not be in front of entrance/exits in parking garage.
