Work in progress with a great location.

I've lived here for over 5 years and love the Arts District location and vibe. Even though the building is only around 7 years old, it's had challenges with the regular upkeep, especially community amenities with the pool area being closed since before the Pandemic. With luck the new and improved community area will open this summer and Management will continue to focus on other ares of improvement for the community i.e. safety and security. Good & friendly Front Desk staff that tries to help where they can.

Expensive for just a couple blocks from skid row

Meh. Lived here a year and its ok. They dont have any guest parking or even allow you to let guests park in your own reserved space which is really weird

The place is active with people caring for the building and it always seems clean. It's December now and the office is decorating the property which is so festive. I love it here

Great location & staff; no community amenities ....

The location in the Arts District is the reason to be here and the front desk staff is friendly and supportive, but unfortunately it's a corporate managed building that seems to prioritize profit/loss over tenant solves. The community pool & lounge area/fitness room/ outdoor spa area have all been closed since the summer of 2019 (so BEFORE the Pandemic). Entire buildings go up within this amount of time. The front desk is no longer allowed by Management to accept tenant packages, and so they are left strewn about in the open public Mailbox area. Staff have been cut, so often there is only 1 person at the front desk - sometimes none - and on Sundays there is actually no one stationed at the front desk. When the building 1st opened it felt more like the special residence it was intended to be; hopefully corporate Management can listen to current & loyal tenant's constructive comments and implement quicker and fairer solves going forward.

FEES: $500/pet Deposit; $50/month/pet (pet rent) Restrictions: The following breeds are generally prohibited: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier (aka Pit Bull), Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, all Husky & Malamute breeds, Rottweiler, wolf/restricted breed mix. *Any mix of the breeds listed is not acceptable.
