Amazing Staff

I've lived here for almost a year and decided to get a car half way through my lease. I have not been able to secure a parking spot due to Brockman Loft's high retention rate; however, that also speaks to the property's amazing staff and building. Mike and Vincent have out of their way to help me with any maintenance request and made my stay here comfortable and easy.

I love the Brockman lofts and the entire team!

I’m renewing my one year lease at the brockman because honestly its been amazing. Its always clean and maintenance is always available for my needs. Mike and Vincent are amazing! Plus for the safe valet parking in the building, I work night shifts at time and they are available 24/7.

Love this building and the people that work here.

5 stars for everything but the amenities need help. Jacuzzi is never hot, and the pool deck in general could use some help. Other than that this is my favorite place to live in all of downtown. I have seen many buildings, and this one is gorgeous. Staff are absolutely lovely. Thank you!!
