Truthfully my personal experience has been quite a journey financially, personally, and spiritually. I have been in transition and honestly can say that I have come to love it here. It's unusually quiet for such high occupancy and the staff and I have interacted with has always been polite, professional, and accommodating. I am happy living here and love the plethora of choices the amenities provide as well as the view from my apartment on the 7th floor.

Getting into the apartment had so much drama since not a lot of people were doing their jobs properly on time. Even after getting in, fixing and doing the maintenance will take a long time. But, I still like this apartment for its location, amenities, and accessibility.

The gym is quite old, and half of the machines are broken; however, it has potential as a space and is spacious. The hot tub has too much foam, indicating its dirtiness. The pool is clean. The rooftop is beautiful. Very noisy outside, You can not open the window due to the location. Using the theatre/karaoke is pricey. I think you can charge a cleaning fee, but not an hourly rate, which makes it unaffordable for tenants.

Quiet living here. Leasing staff is amazing and Joseph is the hostess with the mostest! Amenities are great and I feel safe here with my daughter! This is the first place we have lived since the death of my hubby/her father and we are adjusting nicely! Thank you.
