The only complaint about this property is the excessive HVAC charge per month... It's unpredictable to how much it will be per month, and management really has no explanation that makes any sense.

I have lived here for 1.5 years thus far. Good space for cost. Central to grocery stores and restaurants. Neighborhood is dicey, but walkable for the most part. Amenities are great. Parking is far. Good appliances. Maintenance is responsive when request are submitted. Management overall is good. Biggest gripes are location, no fault of building and parking. Price is eh.
