Decent bang for buck

I have lived here for 1.5 years thus far. Good space for cost. Central to grocery stores and restaurants. Neighborhood is dicey, but walkable for the most part. Amenities are great. Parking is far. Good appliances. Maintenance is responsive when request are submitted. Management overall is good. Biggest gripes are location, no fault of building and parking. Price is eh.

Great place for creatives

So far so good! I would say in the first week of moving in please CHECK FOR EVERYTHING, see if everything works, will turn on, if something leaks, I didn't check everything until after I moved in and I experienced a couple leaks and broken things as well. Luckily someone will come by to fix them once you make notice! But other than that, it's really nice here. All of my neighbors are super chill. It's safe, a little loud outside but thats DTLA.

Union Lofts

Cost is not worth it. The property management overcharge and have these mystery expenses that they get confrontational about when you inquire. overall the apartments are nice, but the maintenance is slow and the rent is simply too high.
