Great Republic Lofts

Living here has been one of the best decisions we have done. The location is close to almost everything not requiring you to have to use a car. Doctors, dentist, grocery, pharmacies, work, so on & so forth. Lots of public transportation options makes it also very accesible to other places. Especially when going to LAX. The neighbors are also very quiet and respectful. Management does a pretty good job of repairing and dealing with any situations that arise.

Love this property

I've absolutely loved living at this property. They have been beyond accommodating and sweet as a property. Paul, the property manager, makes sure that everyone is taken care of and is always a friendly face! The location itself is noisy outside the building, otherwise its peaceful inside. I've loved getting to call this place home.

Great Lofts is quality living

The building is clean, nice, and well maintained and the staff is responsive. Parking is never a hassle. The washer and dryers could be better but the resources are there and the rooftop amenities meet your needs. The value of these oversized units cannot be beat. If you like an intimate environment without hundreds of people living all around you, Great Lofts is that sweet spot. Whole Foods, Philz, CVS, inexpensive public parking for guest are right at your fingertips. Sitting on the corner with views all around is the very lovely Great Lofts!

Best historic loft in downtown Los Angeles

Great Republic Lofts are the best Historic Loft in downtown Los Angeles. Its a small building with only 6 apartments on each floor. Little to no noise from tbe neighbors and has very secure entry / parking on site. Apartments are all open lofts with exposed brick / concrete walls and authentic wood flooring. Best apartment ive lived in while being in downtown Los Angeles.
