ive been here for 3 years. love this building. you cant beat these big beautiful layouts. reggie is always on it ! raymond keeps everything fixed. and cant forget flamingo. he keeps the building clean ! i love santa fe lofts

I L??VE LIVING AT SANTA FE LOFTS

This is an amazing building. Historically preserved by the County of Los Angeles with almost all of the original, charming features (marble staircases - circular, wainscoting, original floors, and the Most Fantastic rooftop deck in the city! It is huge and scrubbed clean every day. There are shiny new BBQ’s and comfy seating areas (with fire pits), and a gorgeous view of the city. Parking is a wee bit problematic but you can rent spaces on a monthly basis from the garage Right Next Door :) The value is amazing - open concept lofts with great views. And a remarkable staff •~• from Delise and Gray in the management office to Raymond in maintenance and Cesar, head of security. And there are restaurants. And food trucks, and shopping. 6 thumbs up ????

Amazing experience

Delise, the community manager as well as the staffing have been extremely helpful. Friendly environment and welcoming. They really make sure you are taken care of. it’s quiet most of the time for being in downtown and the lofts are spacious and updated.
