However, we do have some breed restrictions for dogs and they are as follows: American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bull Dog, German Shephard, Dalmatian, Shar-Pei, Mastiff, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Cane Corso, Alaskan Malamute and any mix of these breeds. Maximum of two animals per apartment (i.e., 2 cats or 2 dogs or 1 cat and 1 dog). We do not have a weight limit. All animal(s) must be kept on a leash at all times while on the property with the exception of in your apartment and in the Dog Park located on the 3rd floor accessible through the garage, only. Animal owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animal(s) and disposing the animal waste in the appropriate containers. Waste containers are located at the Dog Park. Management requires recent Veterinarian documentation on or before move-in date. A color photo of all animals is required which can be emailed to 825southhill@onni.com All dogs must be registered to join our Poo Prints Program on or before move-in date. This requires bringing your dog(s) into the office to complete the registration process. All legal exotic animals must be approved by management.   Pet Rent Pet rent is $75 monthly for 1 animal and $120 monthly for 2 animals and is due on or before the first of the month. If animal waste is not picked up and disposed properly by the animal owner on or around the property, there will be a fine assessed to your resident account once the animal waste has been traced back to your pet through the Poo Prints Program. $150 fine for the 1st offense $300 fine for the 2nd offense $300 fine for the 3rd offense and a 10-day notice will be issuedCats allowed. Nice building. Great view. Appliance Issues

Building is in good location. Maintenance is quick. Great views at high floor. Downsides - Parking garage door is constantly an issue, water pressure low, and hot water is on and off. Fridge is tiny.

All over 825 s hill is a good building. I havent been here too long yet but some of the Staff could be a little nicer. When I wanted to move in the Elevators broke down. I got noticed on the day before and rescheduled as much as possible even though i took off work and hired a company for moving. I showed understanding and moved in two days laiter where friends helped and i had big discussions about my friends having to pay guest parking where i expected some courtesy in exchange as well. A similar scenario happened regarding putting down my Deposit. Other than that its a great space in a perfect location.

Parking

Only complaint would be resident parking and guest paekkng. For the amount of rent everyone pays there, you would think ar least once parking space would be free and guest parking.

Very good

Great location with easy access to stores and public transport. The building is clean, and amenities like the gym and rooftop are well-maintained. Management is responsive, but street noise can be bothersome at night. Overall, a solid place to live!
