I have been living here for 5 years and I will never leave. It is in the best location you could wish for, walking to the beach and can watch the boats in the marina from your deck. The amenities are great and the community is really good for kids and to walk your dog. Very friendly and helpful management and staff that treat you like family. We are from another country and we feel very welcome and supported here, we feel this is our home.

In the short time we've lived here, it already feels like home. The staff is amazing. Maintenance has been timely and accommodating. All around a great experience.

Modern. The apartments look good. It's a little expensive. But on site maintenance, friendly staff, onsite large appliances, and in unit laundry make it worth it.

The place is great, alot of space for a really great value. No A/C, no In unit washer/dryer, and no living room or bedroom lights is a slight inconvenience. Also, the interior of the peoperty is very bland and a slight eyesore. Could benefit from a planter or bench. Pool and Gym are nice.
Have always loved the area and apartment. Some residents have not always been ideal neighbors but that’s city life. Super clean and calm building to come home to.

Best manager, best maintenance, best amenities, best location, etc etc. Wonderful place to live. I've lived here over 50 years.
Pros: The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. The package/mail system is great. Having a pool and gym are nice to have. Cons: The old carpet in the hallways has definitely triggered my asthma. The washers and dryers are inconveniently located and constantly breaking.
The maintenance staff is very responsive to every need, responding often within the same day of putting in a service request and when an urgent request, usually within an hour. They are always kind and respectful and do their very best to meet my needs and take care of any issue expeditiously. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness always.

Cool and caring staff, nice architecture and great amenities both in apartment and in common areas. Modern and consistently progressive. Location in my opinion is the best in the Valley centering Malibu, Hollywood, Downtown LA and Angeles National forest.

A nice spot at the quiet end of a busy block. Parking is readily available, and the building interior area is typically quiet and composed. Neighbors keep to themselves for the most part, and the jacuzzi and two gas grills are nice compliments to the open area.
I really love living in my community. I am heard and valued as a tenant. The area is also safe and really convenient as well as really pretty!! There could be a few more ammenities but for me safety is number one priority.

I have loved this community so much that I am still here after 20 years!!! I have been through different management/maintenance staff and by far the current staff at Fusion is the best! I see many wonderful changes to the property and services. From brand new app based laundry machines to future projects to come to make our community more fun and offer more things to do. Thank you especially to Amanda our Apt Manager who truly loves and works hard for our community and Oscar who is magical at fixing anything!
Great Building except for constant fixes to electrical and service elevator being out for one year
The freight elevator has been out of service for months. I don't think they plan to repair it.

Location, parking, amenities are all great here; staff / maintenance is pretty good about getting back to you on a timely manner if you need anything. Only con to living here is the walls aren't very soundproof and people have a habit of blasting music loudly; the neighborhood is quite loud too with continuous construction.

Dronfield Apartments has been a wonderful complex for my husband and I this past year. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops in walking or driving distance! The complex is always clean and well taken care of with easy on site laundry, parking and a pool. We love our apartment and everything that comes with it!
They are very good when it comes to maintenance and getting things done. They always keep it very clean. Management is wonderful.

I have been living here for 5 years and have never had a problem. Zulma is the manager and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. If anything needs repair in my unit, it gets taken care of the next day without hesitation. She makes herself available which keeps me at ease because I have someone to turn to in case of any emergency. The smoke alarms get check constantly and the ac filter get changed frequently as well. Zulma and the maintenance team are always kind and respectful. Its absolutely great to have such a great personnel taking care of this property.
Manager and maintenance is by far top notch!! Always very considerate and very fast when help in any aspect is needed! I know I can always!! Always!! Count on them! Thank you!!
