Quiet & Clean

A nice spot at the quiet end of a busy block. Parking is readily available, and the building interior area is typically quiet and composed. Neighbors keep to themselves for the most part, and the jacuzzi and two gas grills are nice compliments to the open area.

Great Place to live and most of all SAFE

I really love living in my community. I am heard and valued as a tenant. The area is also safe and really convenient as well as really pretty!! There could be a few more ammenities but for me safety is number one priority.

Kristina is a great property manager!

The property manager Kristina is an absolute thrill to communicate with. Since the beginning of my viewing, all the way through to the move in process she has had such a “get the job done” manner and does it with complete genuineness. To give you a few examples, she took time out to allow me to view the apt unit on two separate occasions both at last minute notice when I wanted a second look before submitting an application. She has submitted numerous maintenance requests for me since moving in because she knew I was under pressure with the move in process the first month. She has been patient in responding to all my emails in a very timely manner and has gone out of her way to make sure I felt happy with the results of my new home, getting little incentives dealt with here and there, like a new toilet seat. It’s those little things that go a long way when you’re moving into a new building. I'd like to mention all maintenance requests have been promptly fixed. I have confidence that any future issues will be thoroughly handled with Kristina as manager of the building. Her hard work and efforts do not go unnoticed. Thank you for all that you have done thus far Kristina!
