el edificio tiene muchos problemas de acustico cuando las lavadoras trabajan se cienten hasta en mi cuarto /las puertas de las escaleras suenan muy duro tambien y hay algunas personas cochinas que surran toda la basura en los pasillos

We really like the Astoria Building for its amenities and the tentats are all nice and respectful plus the apt manager Melissa is wonderful very nice and responsive to any issues we may have

I have been living here for 5 years and have never had a problem. Zulma is the manager and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. If anything needs repair in my unit, it gets taken care of the next day without hesitation. She makes herself available which keeps me at ease because I have someone to turn to in case of any emergency. The smoke alarms get check constantly and the ac filter get changed frequently as well. Zulma and the maintenance team are always kind and respectful. Its absolutely great to have such a great personnel taking care of this property.
