Noisy, Inconsiderate Neighbors

If you like noise and your neighbors stomping upstairs at all hours, this is the perfect place for you. Disappointed because the rent is also not cheap.

You don’t want to live here

First off, do not move here. It is soooo loud! Our neighbors both on top of us and on the left of us are soo incredibly loud and inconsiderate. They literally blast music at all hours of the day. I mean like 2 and 4 am in the morning. We’ve complained to the staff numerous times, and still 8 months in to our lease and nothing has yet to be done. Even over our own tv and even the dishwasher going on in the background, we can STILL hear our neighbors music. Furthermore, upon moving in, the leasing staff was not transparent or honest at all about the amenities in this community. Number one, no one shared with us that these apt buildings have literally NO phone service. You cannot call out or receive calls unless you have wi-Fi in your apt and even then, sometimes the signal strength is slim to none. On top of that, they had us excited about the fireplace on top of the room where you can sit with friends and enjoy the scenery - that fireplace has never worked! It’s just been somewhat of a scam from day one but would have been nice to know exactly what we were signing up for instead of making it appeal to be something it’s not. We. Can’t. Wait. To. Move. My honesty is to help the next person bc unfortunately we weren’t given this same honesty. Hope this helps.

THE STAFF PULLED A VERY SHADY MOVE WITH THE 60 DAY NOTICE TO VACATE CLAUSE. HANDLED THE SITUATION POORLY SWINDLING SCORES OF YOUNG ADULTS OUT OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS,

Very Nice Place

Modern. The apartments look good. It's a little expensive. But on site maintenance, friendly staff, onsite large appliances, and in unit laundry make it worth it.

Nice value

Really nice place to live. The management is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance fix things normally the day of the complaint. Walls are very sound proof, so you really feel at home. The underground parking lot is very convenient. For the price, I Just wish there was more amenities like a full size gym.
