Property reviewsJohn S. on May 27, 2022Grace and DJ are the best! They are very responsive, and always pleasant. I really appreciate them and the entire DARO Staff.
Anonymous on Sep 1, 2023I have lived in 1600 16th street for 18 months, and enjoyed my stay so far. I worked until 7 pm daily so the overall noise is only about the traffic on 16th street. The neighborhood is lively and energic.

Property reviewsAnonymous on Sep 1, 2023Great! I really love living here and the surronding neighborhood.
Scott on Oct 3, 2023I have lived in this apartment for 21 years, and I still love this place. It has an excellent unit space size and can't beat the high rental cost compared to all other apartments around this area in the heart of Dupont Circle. Walking a block to the Red Line metro station is so convenient—no better reason to move out of this excellent apartment.
