I have lived here for 6 years. I really appreciate how responsive WC Smith has been with maintenance requests. This is a dignified place to live for a very good price in an amazing location. I feel safe here. Thanks for giving me such a great home.

I should be surprised that about a dozen of DC’s top landlord companies are suspected of colluding with a software company in order to inorganically force their residents into an 8% rent increase despite it supposedly being a rent controlled region. But I have developed a tougher, calloused-over heart in recent years and for that, I have DC to thank.

I've lived here for a few months now and overall have had a very positive experience! My apartment is a great size for the price and gets great light looking out towards National Cathedral. Noise is very minimal and most other residents I run into in the hallway or elevator are friendly. The rooftop space is also great! I have had a very positive experience with the maintenance team - they are very quick to address issues and very friendly and professional. The concierges are also friendly. The leasing office team is friendly but it does take a while to get things done. I find myself having to follow up multiple times on things and have found they are more responsive in person than over email or phone.

Right next to metro, older building with nice lobby, hardwood floors, great maintenance team.

When one considers the convenience of being on the same block as a Safeway and across the street from a metro stop it is hard to argue against the value of renting an apartment at the Paramount.
