Great place, not great lot, wish I could do laundry

I have lived here since August. I love the apartment, however I have some noise issues with my neighbors. The parking is also pretty limited and there is a car in the lot that I am pretty sure is not supposed to be there based on the condition it is in. My main complaint is that there is no washer dryer in the actual apartment.
