There is a $250 non-refundable pet approval fee for the first pet, a $200 non-refundable pet approval fee for the second pet, and monthly pet rent of $50 per dog per month and $25 per cat or rabbit per month.

1600 apartments

I have lived here for a few months and I really like it, the neighborhood has everything that you need, including a grocery store 1 block away. The front desk staff is very nice and will help you with any concerns. Laundry room is very accessible downstairs. Some noise sometimes but nothing bad.

Great location with quality staff

As I said in the title, you can't beat this location and the staff is fantastic. The building has been going through renovations so it can be a bit loud on days I'm working from home but I've been living here for two years and have thoroughly enjoyed it.

Cute comfortable studio for young professional

I have lived in 1600 16th street for 18 months, and enjoyed my stay so far. I worked until 7 pm daily so the overall noise is only about the traffic on 16th street. The neighborhood is lively and energic.

Very convenient location, close to all kinds of groceries and restaurants. Traffic is busy and hard to find a street-parking during the weekend. The management team and front door are very friendly and responsive.
