I have lived here for about three years now and I am happy with the location and amenities. The apartment has a lot of closet storage for its relatively small size. You do have to be vigilant about keeping your place clean to avoid attracting critters, but that's' just part of city living.

Great location and great place to live. Nearby to wonderful activities and eateries. Rooftop is a nice bonus.

I have really enjoyed living at the Diplomat! From the start, Daisha has been an amazing asset to the team and Arthur has always been helpful. The gym access, roof access, and location are all top-notch and can't be beaten. The noise level is perfect - as in there is rarely any issue. The only thing I would say could be made better is parking (having an exit and an entrance would be ideal!) Having parking as an option though has been wonderful.

This is a fantastic building to live in. There's responsive staff to any issue I have, and the location is perfect.
