Lovely building that is very poorly maintained. Location is great but again, no amenities and management is nonexistent so if anything breaks good luck.

We been here for 9 months, love the location, the apartment even do is old have a great size, we have zero ameneties, no concierge and now after the lease is over in May ( one year ) we just get wack with rent increase 0f 4.8% !!!! I just wish the maintance were better.

The management company for this building usually does not respond to residents' requests for maintenance in their apartments. If maintenance requests do get done, it requires many communications over long periods of time with frequent reminders and follow-up from the residents. The building itself is old and beautiful with many original touches and huge apartments. Unfortunately, the management doesn't keep these beautiful old spaces in good working order.
