There is a $250 non-refundable pet approval fee for the first pet, a $200 non-refundable pet approval fee for the second pet, and monthly pet rent of $50 per dog per month and $25 per cat or rabbit per month.Show more

Basement apartment review
Everyone has been extremely helpful, but there was a constant beeping from the buildings fire panel that was never resolved (over 6 months). While maintenance and management was always accessable, the issue was never resolved and was a constant nuisance. The building was always clean and overall - was a great experience, but the beeping was unbearable
