We love your four-legged family members! Please be aware that the community will allow a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment in any combination.  A combined weight limit of 75 lbs. applies to all pets. The addition of all pets must be approved in writing by a member of the community leasing/management office. Unless authorized in writing by management, neither a resident nor any guest may bring any other pet animal, mammal, reptile, rodent, bird or fish into the dwelling or apartment community. I have lived here a long time. It used to be a very quiet and safe building. Not so much now. Lots of noisy kids running around and yelling at all hours and way too many dogs, some dangerous. The only good thing about living here is the wonderful staff, who are friendly, caring and helpful.

I have lived here over 10 years and it is not the same experience as it was at that time, and even most of the years following. It used to be a comfortable, clean, safe and desirable building. Today, there is no regulation exercised with smokers in the building despite years of complaints and the fact that it's illegal. There are always leaks in the walls requiring repair, paint and plaster jobs, and the threat of mold which might already be a problem that goes unmitigated. Everything is addressed with a band-aid and not with thorough and complete care considering the amount of rent it costs. I am looking to vacate within the next 6 months.

Some improvdments but need to be morexpriactive on relocating offenders, por smoking in the building and sprucing up the lobby and greenery

We are living here for more than 13 years and this is a very good neighbourhood and very convenient place. Public transportation is on the spot and Vannes metro station is five minutes away. Rock Creek park, Giant grocery store, Gold's gym and many restaurants are in the area and my favorite place is National Zoo. I definitely recommends this property for anyone.
