Artline Apartments
301 M Street SW, Washington, DC 20024STUDIO $1,931+ 1 BED $2,070+ 2 BEDS $3,360+ Property reviewsI have ben living here for about 3 years and moved from the West Coast, so didn't see it before I came, but had a fantastic place upon arrival and have no plans to move, lololol. The staff is wonderful - management always pushes community as there are small networking events periodically throughout the year, if you want to know your neighbors. The location could not be better - Wharf and Navy Yard within minutes as well as the location for Safeway and Waterfront Station. I am really pleased living here - security is also 24 hours - love that!!!!
I have been a resident for three years and I love the location and how close it is to the Wharf, Navy Yard, and National Mall. The Waterfront Metro station makes it easy to get around the city. The comfort and generosity of the staff make it a comfortable place to live.

Valo Apartments in SW D.C. feature modern amenities, a prime location, and well-designed units. Management is attentive, enhancing a strong community vibe.
I have lived here for over a year and it's really hard to beat the location, square footage, and price in the area. Just a 10 minute walk to either the Navy Yard or the Wharf, but not paying the price to live in those areas. I have never had an issue with maintenance, staff, or the amenities. The gym is the only disappointment, but I have friends' gyms I can go use. Happily plan on renewing my lease.

I wanted to send a quick note of thanks to DJ For taking care of a few things happening in my apartment in a short amount of time! He is always quick to respond and make sure his projects get carried out all the way through. He is good about keeping me informed about how long something will take, when he will get to it, etc. I truly appreciate his communication and follow-through!
Great location and great staff!

Idaho Terrace
3040 Idaho Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20016STUDIO $1,652+ 1 BED $2,026+ 2 BEDS $3,097 Property reviewsI moved in over the summer and I'm from out of the area. This apartment building has friendly staff and responsive maintenance. My only complaint is that for how expensive the apartments are, the equipment is outdated (Gas stove, older fridges, etc). But an overall great place if you're looking for an apartment in a more residential area.
I’ve lived here for about 2 years and have enjoyed my time here. Maintenance is always responsive, respectful & the leasing office is staffed with wonderful people who care about their residents. My only complaint is that the building itself is falling apart. Pipes bursting in the laundry room, 1/2 elevators always being out of order, paint peeling constantly in my apartment. There needs to be some real infrastructure repair done otherwise the building isnt the safest place to be.

The Belvedere
1301 Massachusetts Ave. NW, Washington, DC 20005STUDIO $1,786+ 1 BED $2,160+ 2 BEDS Ask for Pricing Property reviewsBelvedere- as a new habitat of DC. The management esp. Cynthia made everything a smooth transition for me here. With their support, assistance and reliability, can be appreciated tremendously! Thank you!
I've lived in the Belvedere since March and it has honestly been one of the best apartment experiences I've had in DC. The staff is super responsive and friendly, and every time I've had any maintenance issues they've been taken care of very quickly. You cannot beat the location. There's not garage but street parking is pretty easy in the area if you have a residential parking permit.

The Paramount
829 Quincy Street, NW, Washington, DC 20011STUDIO $1,451 1 BED $1,900+ 2 BEDS Ask for Pricing Property reviewsRight next to metro, older building with nice lobby, hardwood floors, great maintenance team.
When one considers the convenience of being on the same block as a Safeway and across the street from a metro stop it is hard to argue against the value of renting an apartment at the Paramount.
