There is a $250 non-refundable pet approval fee for the first pet, a $200 non-refundable pet approval fee for the second pet, and monthly pet rent of $50 per dog per month and $25 per cat or rabbit per month. Unless authorized in writing by management, neither a resident nor any guest may bring any other animal, mammal, reptile, rodent, bird or fish into the dwelling or apartment community.
