I've lived here for a few months now and overall have had a very positive experience! My apartment is a great size for the price and gets great light looking out towards National Cathedral. Noise is very minimal and most other residents I run into in the hallway or elevator are friendly. The rooftop space is also great! I have had a very positive experience with the maintenance team - they are very quick to address issues and very friendly and professional. The concierges are also friendly. The leasing office team is friendly but it does take a while to get things done. I find myself having to follow up multiple times on things and have found they are more responsive in person than over email or phone.

for the location alone it is great. not perfect, but great

i've lived in this building for four years in two different units, one with a roommate and one without. the location for me at least so close to a green line metro and a bunch of bus stops is great and i have a balcony and access to the roof, so i really love the building. i've found the front desk staff and maintenance staff to be very helpful and attentive, although the building management does cycle through the front desk staff fairly frequently, every three months or so. we have a tenant association that formed when the last building owner sold the building to the current owner and management currently is definitely better, no question, than the previous owner and management, but the management office seems to have a retention problem with their own staff rotating fairly frequently and it can be hard to get a response unless you go in person. i've had to wait a month for an email back on several occasions. the staff are all nice, for what it's worth, and do try to help you resolve issues, but the management office specifically seems understaffed and overworked. there are also some amenities like the gym that have had "improvements" made that actually reduce the usability, like taking away certain machines without replacing them, and some machines have been broken for the majority of this calendar year without repairs. there is parking, but it is quite expensive, considering how empty the lot is...
