    I lived here from summer of 1968 to summer of 1969. I think my efficiency apartment was #607. It was on the opposite side from the church and overlooked a big, empty lot. It was called Hetherington House then. I loved the louvered screen doors and the big, walk-in closet. Miss Daisy worked on the front desk and Chappy was the mainteneance man. My rent was $110 a month.

    The Palisades is just the right size, in just the right place and at the right price point. It really helps d a fantastic value with easy access to multiple grocery stores, dozens of restaurants, an abundance of shopping options and a cozy apartment that feels like home.
