I have lived in this community for one year. Overall experience has been positive but I have strong feelings on certain issues. Staff is great and willing to help. Location is great. Price is not ideal. Building has great but dated amenities. My unit had damaged items when I moved in and the unit is very outdated. Cracked granite kitchen countertop, broken door hinge, broken screen windows, leaky windows, broken outlets, etc... I had a major water damage (celling) and management was quick to remedy the situation, however there have been moments when management never replied to a filed maintenance request. That's my only real downside. The overall apartment could use a PIP. It seems very outdated and would benefit greatly from a renovation.

1-The cardio equipment in the gym (ellipticals and thread mills in particular is very old) and make a lot of noise while functioning. This needs to be improved. Many people are going to gyms around because of this. 2- There is no social activity held in the building event tough most people are single and a community fee is collected.

Super friendly and enjoyable front desk staff. Issues with maintenance and management. Maintenance quality is not sufficient. The vendors used to clean the roof regularly need to be watched when they clear debris. Management has a problem with directly addressing issues to satisfactory level.

Overall a great building in a great location. The staff are all very friendly. Maintenance has been great and thus far I have only had minor issues that have been fixed quickly. The building amenities are very good. It is expensive and from talking to other residents I expect rent to increase significantly at my renewal but will note that many of those who complained only about cost they also said they have stayed for many years. My only real complaint is that the elevators are LOUD! They are louder than they should be inside of the elevators let alone the fact that they can be heard throughout the building. I now notice in all other buildings the sound difference while riding in elevators and have not yet come across ones that are louder. I wish the management company would spend just a little bit on vibration mitigation in the elevator room/shaft.

The location is great. Staff are responsive and friendly. Maintenance is responsive. Only one major issue: The owner needs to change all appliances. Appliances are very outdated and were possibly ok for a premium community 20 years ago when it was first built, but for the rent we pay there needs to be a major re-think on this important aspect of the resident experience. Even newly purchased appliances come from a vendor who offloads outdated and low-end W/D and other items on this property. Please work on this. Thank you.
