I have loved living at Capitol Rose! The onsite team, Monica, Grace and Feysal are truly amazing. I have never lived in an apartment complex that actually values its residents the way Capitol Rose does. You can tell that the team really cares about the building, and its residents. The building is stunning, the weekly resident events are so fun, and it actually feels like a community- which is so rare in the city.

Moving into my new apartment has been an absolute delight, and I couldn't be happier. Grace and Monica have been incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process, making the transition stress-free. The design of the building is simply stunning, with stylish lobby, rooftop pool with breathtaking views and many more amenities. The residents events add an extra layer of warmth giving us opportunities to connect with our new neighbors, and I honestly can’t wait to go to the next event!!

It is a beautiful building with a great location if you are willing to pay for it. Prices are a bit higher than neighboring complexes, but again… a new building in a great location. Little fees, like $60/month for internet (speeds you cannot adjust unless you get another provider while still being on the hook for the other internet) and $25/month for a bike storage, are new and a litte annoying. That being said, the gym is great and has most everything you would want. I have not seen a similar gym in another apartment complex. Otherwise, it is a new building with issues that you would expect. Not every problem has been noticed or solved because no one has lived in the apartment/building before. Finishing touches are still ongoing. I would expect most major and minor issues to be resolved in the coming few months. The most inconvenient issue has been access to the parking garage where the pass does working unless you are directly beneath the receiver which will hopefully be addressed soon. With rare exception, the staff have been pleasant and professional. The building manager is enthusiastic and personable, always offering to help solve issues beyond what you would expect. I am happy to live in the building and glad I choose to reside here.
