very good staff and efficient management

have live here for 4 decades the current staff are very good. Shelby is an efficient and effective manager. She and Chris , the asst. manager always follow up on maintenance requests. Indoor parking garage needs to be better improved. The ceilings and walls need to be repaired and painted.

Seville Review

Has improved a lot with the addition of the exercise room, package room, mail room, new washing machines/dryers Shelby Pendergrass is an excellent property manager. She follows up all requests including maintenance and make sure they are done properly She also initiates activities for the tenants - Christmas party, bakes cookies for Christmas, pool party, etc Building security should be maintained and improved further.
